How do I return an item?

Returns and Exchanges:

If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, email for instructions. RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION WITH MANUFACTURERS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please send your package to us via insured and prepaid UPS or U.S. Mail. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable.

We will handle your return by either promptly exchanging the item or issuing a credit or refund. Just let us know which you prefer. We will accept returns within 30 days of your receipt. Exceptions are damaged, defective items. NOTE: Custom logo merchandise cannot be resold. Therefore, custom logo merchandise is non-returnable except in the case of faulty logo printing by Aquatimax. In such cases, Aquatimax will accept the return and reprint the faulty items.

Shipping Damage:
If a package arrives and is damaged, please email us or call our customer service department immediately. Claims against a common carrier must be made by us. You must keep all contents and packaging for any claims for up to 10 business days. Failure to keep contents and packaging will result in non-payment of claim.
