How do I return an item?
Returns and Exchanges:
If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, email email@example.com for instructions. RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION WITH MANUFACTURERS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please send your package to us via insured and prepaid UPS or U.S. Mail. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable.

We will handle your return by either promptly exchanging the item or issuing a credit or refund. Just let us know which you prefer. We will accept returns within 30 days of your receipt. Exceptions are damaged, defective items. NOTE: Custom logo merchandise cannot be resold. Therefore, custom logo merchandise is non-returnable except in the case of faulty logo printing by Aquatimax. In such cases, Aquatimax will accept the return and reprint the faulty items.
